Head of School
Caitlyn Melton
Welcome to Victory Family School! Caitlyn Melton serves as Head of School, bringing more than a decade of experience in early childhood education, coaching, and school leadership. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Central Oklahoma and spent seven years teaching in Mustang Public Schools before joining VFS in 2019. In 2021, she transitioned into administration as Director of Operations, where she continued helping support students, families, and staff. Caitlyn is passionate about creating a Christ-centered, student-focused environment where every child feels known, encouraged, and equipped to grow academically, personally, and spiritually.
